We are experts in insurance and financial services. We love the mission of the industry. Our committed to transforming the industry, is founded value that it provides to individuals and businesses.
We lead with the belief that our clients often know the answers but need help packing the process and approach to change. Transformation is a big, of intimidating word. But approach correctly, transformation can lead to renewed purpose, meaning and positive impact. That is our goal with every client.

We can work with the biggest to the smallest companies. Our experience spans a small fraternal insurance company serving four states, to the third largest insurance company in the world. The scope and scale of the project will be different, but our approach is always the same –seek to understand, clearly define the business objective, gain the right commitment, and become a partner in transformation. Our clients don’t give us an assignment; they agree to partner with us to solve their problem. In the end, they must own the success.

Individual coaching assignments typically last for 12 months. Helping individual make changes requires thoughtful sets. So why rush it? Often, our coaching clients can work for us for years, as they progress in their organizations or mover to another firm.

Our clients can expect our full commitment to the success of the assignment at hand. Next, they can be assured that we will respect and encourage associates to be part of the working team. Our clients can rely on us to give them candid feedback and recommendations; not what they just want to hear. 

What about results? Results can be measured based upon the client’s willingness to implement the recommendations and solutions offered. Unlike many of the big-name firms who had off a deck and walk away, we are with the client for the full implementation.
